Price: £3.50 per session
How we do it:
Our training program strives towards building positive personal attributes such as discipline, self - control, patience, confidence and respect and all in a fun-learning environment.
We stress throughout our training that the kids should avoid confrontational situations and most certainly not instigate them. We also tell them that they should not use karate on their family and friends, or use it in school.
We use a lot of game play initially to get them used to how to move and model, as we have found that this is an effective way to pass on information. We will then introduce more formal shapes and forms, which they will learn through Khion and Kata. |
