According to Chris, negotiations with a pub are still underway. "We're hopeful it will be open by next summer," he confirmed.

Crest Nicholson has begun building further residential properties, retail units and an office building, which should be complete in 2009. The plans have also earmarked a doctor's surgery and church with community functions for possible sites. "The Village Centre will be a beautiful place to shop, live and relax," said Chris.
