About our website

The Priory Vale website was commissioned by the North Swindon Development Company in 2001 as a hub of local information for housing developers and new residents of the North Swindon expansion. It was created by Swindon graphic designers Elevation Studios, who still sponsor the website to this day.

At the end of the seven year marketing campaign, the developers donated the website to the local community. The site is edited by Priory Vale resident Sam Allen and a team of local volunteers and provides news from around the area, local events and business listings - making it an ideal resource for serving the community's needs.
